Our Copyright Policy

We will respond to clear and valid notices of alleged copyright infringement and will remove or disable access to material that is determined to be infringing. We may also terminate the accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances, in accordance with the DMCA and applicable law.

If you believe content on FLEXSTREAM infringes your copyright, submit a written notice to our designated agent including all of the following:

2. 2Identify the material on FLEXSTREAM that you believe infringes the work, with enough detail (e.g., URL, video title) for us to locate it.
3. 3Provide your contact information: full legal name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
4. 4Include a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. 5Include a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.
6. 6Sign the notice (physical or electronic signature) and submit it to our designated agent below.

If you believe your content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification containing:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared before removal.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and phone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the US, the jurisdiction where FLEXSTREAM is located).
• Your physical or electronic signature.
